My first experience of Polish food beyond the supermarket Perogie or kielbasa, and it was so much better than my already high hopes. Perogies were soft pillows of deliciousness, the duck breast was cooked perfectly and the beef stew with pancakes was a revalation! Can't wait to go back for more

This place is not obviously a restaurant from the outside but it's definitely worth a visit. When you go through the front door look for the stairwell on the left and go down to the restaurant. I had potato pancakes with beef stew, coleslaw, and what I believe to be red cabbage. I wasn't found of the red cabbage but everything else was fantastic!! The apple pie was great as well! It's not on the menu but you can just ask what desserts they have available. If I'm ever in the area I will go again!!

Overall the food is tasty, portions are not big, waiting time for soup is +- 10 minutes. It is advisable to take bread and butter with you before the soup. +- 2 pieces, because they do not serve it. You can buy it in the supermarket nearby. I especially recommend beatroot soup as a warm, salty drink. The waiter sometimes disappears for 10 minutes. Dumplings are tasty, chicken soup for 6£ is worth it. Overall you can eat. Well, take bread with you.

Nice, hearty food with generous portions. Had the veal schnitzel and some pierogi, both very tasty. Other half had beef stew and potato pancakes which was also excellent. There’s a reasonably priced bar down in basement and you can buy beers etc there and have them with your meal

Unbelievably amazing food!!! Feels like a hidden gem because it’s not obviously a restaurant from outside, you have to walk down the stairs from the social club. The pierogi are to die for, as is the Ukrainian borscht! Cannot wait to go here again.
